Mission: FIT with Micheline will be hosting periodic 6-week challenges to help kick-start your journey or give your current journey a fresh boost! Scroll down to see the winners of our last challenge, the Warrior Challenge! Challenges will include a 6-week training plan and nutritional recommendations based on your goals (weight loss or lean gains).
The goal of our challenges is to create a supportive and encouraging community atmosphere where we keep each other accountable and cheer each other on! No more excuses; we're all doing this together!
You will need to complete a questionnaire prior to each challenge so that I can determine nutritional recommendations best for your goals. You will also need to be 18 or older to participate. Instructions and link to our private Facebook group will be provided by email after successful payment is processed.
Challenges will be hosted via a private Facebook group exclusive to challenge members and your workout tracking will be done via a separate platform (Trainerize).

Meal/nutritional and macronutrient plans
If all you're looking for is to fine-tune your eating habits or to make improvements in dietary changes, I can help you with that! Eating clean doesn't have to be overwhelming and you don't need to do it alone. Eating clean also doesn't mean being restrictive, and it also doesn't mean eliminating your favourite foods.
